One of my great passions in life is politics. It all started during the 1992 presidential campaign. I watched the Democratic Convention on TV because my cousin (Sen. Bill Bradley) was giving the keynote speech. I’ve been sucked in ever since. I’ve often been asked why I don’t watch Oprah, and the main reason is because it comes on at the same time as Hardball.

When I was pregnant I ate A LOT of provolone cheese and chili from Wendy’s (yeah, I know). I don’t think I’ve had either since giving birth to the twins.
-
When I was in college I got into generational studies and marketing. I have a huge collection of books on the subject and have written many pieces on it back in my long ago writing past. I am still fascinated with it.
-
I have a horrible potty mouth (as does Mark). It is not a reflection on my upbringing or education. I guess I just like to curse, but we have been trying to clean it up in front of the kiddos.
-
I love popcorn dipped in Ranch dressing (again, yeah, I know).
-
I don’t like — and never have — country music.
-
I compulsively use Q-tips. I think my dad got me hooked on them as a kid. What can I say? I have extremely itchy ear canals.
I tag: Chalna, Dawn, Yellow Turtle, Heather, and Loralee (though I think she has already done this recently). Yes, I know that’s not 7 people, but I’m more of a lurker. ![]()

I love it! I did mine, too!
I was also going to tell you…I have such a bad potty mouth, too…Jer and I are trying to work on it and not doing a very good job!
And when I was preggers, I ate Cold Stone Creamery every single day. Sweet Cream with chocolate sprinkles in a waffle cup. Everyday. I know, nice. I have not had it since, but I would probably still love it.
Thanks for playing. Fun to read these things about you as both you and I usually write about our kiddos more than ourselves.
