Here are some new foods that the twins’ have tried in the past week…
- BBQ brisket — Carson LOVED it, Kate wasn’t interested
- BBQ sausage — big hit with both
- Chicken nuggets — big hit with both
- Strawberries — Carson didn’t like it, Kate LOVED it
- Potato Salad — neither liked it
- Biscuit with a little butter — big hit with both
- Red grapes (quartered) — big hit with Kate, Carson wouldn’t touch it
- Lil Graduates Breakfast Cereal Bar — it took two attempts, but now they like it
- Popcorn (small pieces) — Kate is WILD about it!
The hungry strike is over, and now there is a new pattern forming…Kate wants only fruits, Carson wants only meat.
Another strange tidbit…neither like mac & cheese. Carson doesn’t like mashed potatoes.
